I have spent my career working at the intersection of technology, business operations and people.
My experience spans enterprise infrastructure, IT operations, cybersecurity governance, service management, enterprise applications, cloud platforms and technology transformation. The common thread has always been the same: technology should create capability and value rather than become an end in itself.
Today, I am also the founder of Zusammen Group, an advisory practice that begins with the business problem and helps organizations determine what technology, governance or change actually makes sense.
My work also includes writing, education and research into how emerging technologies — particularly artificial intelligence — are reshaping organizations, careers and the decisions people make.
